Rotary pump pressure
A motor drives the pump to pressurize the brew circuit, while puck resistance shapes flow.
Boiler temperature
The brew boiler heats water and temperature control supports stable extraction. Steam and brewing have different requirements.

Hot water passes through grounds, the basket and outlet into the cup. Simplified paths are not service drawings.
